Commercial Pressure Washing in Chapel Hill, NC

This commercial pressure washing in Chapel Hill, NC was located at a Brookdale Senior Living facility. We clean and sanitize several Brookdale locations through Central North Carolina. We first went through and covered any electrical components to prevent any damage and we wet any surrounding vegetation for protection. We communicated with the maintenance staff to ensure all windows and doors were closed and sealed. We applied our cleaning solution to the building, one section at a time, and then thoroughly rinsed to leave a clean shine! After the whole building was clean and sanitized, we started applied a separate cleaning solution to all walkways and patios. After cleaning these flat surface with the surface cleaner, it shined like new. This is a property that we clean twice each year, so we will be back to visit during winter!
